Ingredients
6 Apples, chopped
8 Dates, chopped
1 C Currants or fresh dried figs chopped
1 C Frozen Cherries
1 C Frozen Blueberries
1 C Crushed Pineapple (with juice if canned)
1/4 C Water
3/4 C Walnuts or Pecans, chopped
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
1/4 Tsp Nutmeg
Juice of 1 orange
1 Tsp Lemon zest
For Topping
1/2 C Almond Milk
1/4 C Cashew Nuts
6 oz Froaen Strawberries, thawed
2 Dates
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees (F)
Mix all ingredients together well.
Add mixture to a 9X13 baking dish
Bake for 30 minutes or until fruit is soft
For topping
Blend topping ingredients in a food processor until smooth and creamy
