Ingredients
1 bag (12 oz) dark chocolate chips
1 C Pomegranate Seed, patted dry
1/4 C Walnuts or Pecans, chopped (optional)
1/4 C Unsweetened coconut (optional)
1/4 Tsp Cinnamon (optional)
Preparation
In a microwave, melt chocolate chips, stirring every 20 seconds until melted and smooth.
Stir pomegranate seeds into the chocolate
Add optional items as desired
Drop by tablespoons onto waxed paper lined baking sheet
Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour
